I just went to the BMV never had a problem with it iam on my 4th hmmwv. They are titling sxs to run around on the roads here in Allen,dekalb ect counties.

I have had 3 HMMWVs and I have not had any problems getting them titled in Indiana. You need to have a good DMV that knows what they are doing.

I found if you get some better tires than the stock tires the ride is so much better.

If you see the fan clutch hoses move and you dont see or hear the fan engage you can free up the fan clutch with a mallet.

Unhook your two wire plug on the time delay module while its running, should engage your fan clutch.

01.4 volts on ac to 00.5 volts ac

Iam not getting any ac voltage. If I turn the potentiometer clockwise it goes to 38 volts bc. Ccw it goes to 32 vdc.

I just happen to check my voltage output the other day and it was 32.4. I did a bunch of reading and ordered a new 60 amp voltage regulator. I installed it today and still getting 32 volts with the voltage screw all the way down. The brushes looked good to me.

I have also purchased many items from Brenton all are very good quality.

I just used box end wrench 12point.

It could be sucking air from fuel filter housing,or that sensor on the top of the housing,any of the rubber fuel lines ect.

I was getting fuel to the injection pump too and mine would not start because of the air it was sucking.

I would put a clear line on your return off the IP,ya I had a loose supply fuel line fitting on the top of the fuel tank.
