If you come up a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch then cut a wedge in your pipe and bend it backwards towards the fire wall. then go about anothe 2 inches . cut another wedge out of your pipe , then bend it again and weld it up I belive that would do the trick.

I would agree with Gregg . the truck is unknown to you and for safety of yourself and others its best to get it home and do a good overall survey of the truck. Its not worth the gamble if there is any unseen issues. and some GL lots limit you on time for repairs and loadouts . So having it towed...
Thats a air brake truck. So I would fire it up and make sure you have no air leaks. Also on some a2s , you need to back up just a bit to get the air brakes to release before driving forward after its been parked. I saw it on Bruces truck (Bkubu )
The m911 is a beast !! with dual rear winches. The m920 is concidered a medium duty with a single winch and you don't need a wide load permit for it.The m920 is no sloutch weighing in at over 31000 lbs .
Its got to be something dragging the 12v down? Maybe just for grins and giggle un plug the oil senders 1 at a time and see if either 1 is shorted ( there are 2 oil senders the upper 1 by the starter is for the idiot light. second lower 1 is guage. then try the temp sender. then the trans oil...
