A bug net would work as good as a parachute to keep rain off a Duece. A dust cover maybe. Try a Armour tarp for covering 90% of your Duece. I used one from a Bradley to cover the Duece and it worked real well. -Jay

Bond is the route your goin to have to take. NC is one of the worst states and best states to get a title from. When you have one you know its 100% legal after what they do but a pain to get. Where in NC is it? Im sure someone local might can help.
