I've had both a bad and good experience. i've taken mine to multiple shows now thats its decent looking. the bad experience was when i was at a car show in our small town. its a military town so any event has some sort of military display recruiting or what not. anywho i was walking...

im also looking at guages for whenever i turn up my fuel

i was able to put my rear cargo on myself took awhile cause you have to do it inch by inch. but i would just take everything off and leave it at your place then put it back on
