Ahh, so the button threads off the shaft, not the shaft out of the latch. On mine the shaft is spinning with the button. I'll hold the shaft with some needle nose pliers. Thanks

That's what I thought, but mine just spin, so I'm assuming the captive nut in the plastic is spinning. I also have new latches and lock boxes coming, so hopefully that nut is in the latch otherwise I'll have more new parts to source.

By the way, when the gauge would drop to 0, the stop engine and low oil pressure lights did not come on, so the ECM must have still been seeing oil pressure. I'm guessing the issue is with the gauge or wiring behind the dash.

I assume just the typical CAT C7 part.

I wasn't referring to highway gears and eco hubs together, just that with stock gearing you really aren't able to drive fast enough for the tires balance/roundness to be an issue.

FYI, a C7 with 260 amp alternator uses Gates K080806 for the serpentine belt. It wasn’t in the part # thread.

I know the AC compressor has it’s own V belt, that’s new on my truck. I was asking about the serpentine belt. Already picked up a new one.
