My understanding is 11.00 NDTs don't rub the pivot. My experience is 11.00 G177s do. Other people have posted they've used 12.00s without problem.

I think he can get away with 12.00R20s.

I've had bunches of trucks of each type. 8.3 gets better fuel mileage. My almost 40k wrecker with the 8.3 gets substantially better fuel efficiency than my 23k M925 with NH250. 8.3 holds speed better when already at hwy speed and hitting a hill. Loaded heavy and slow, off road? NH250...

I think an 8.3 will fit also...

Good information, thanks! I'm not really concerned with much beyond getting something for the belt to ride. My use case for the wrecker means it's almost always at 1600rpm anyway, and it can even stay plugged in when parked.
