I think it's because that's what the listings for Ft Knox say now, hauled or towed off base. Gone are the days of driving them off. It's almost close enough to me to buy one and have it hauled to my place and not cost a small fortune. :-)

I only run Rotella diesel in mine and when I fill up if I have any new opened jugs laying around I pour the remainder in the fuel tank. I usually buy the Rotella at Walmart. My Brother buys the 55 gallon drums at Sam's Club. I really like adding the left over oil to the tank if I'm sitting at...

The last clutch I pulled with Stretch we didn't put anything in there. Pulled everything apart and he pulled the seal and put it back in and we bolted it all back together, at the Haspin Rally under the shelter.
