What was done with the air lines at the rear of the vehicle? I have seen some shorty deuces with the air lines spliced together, THIS IS VERY BAD!.
They are not to be joined, if they are, separate them and see how the brakes are.
When you say you've checked the fuel shutoff position, did you check with the fuel shutoff cover removed?
I ask cause the actual shutoff lever operates independently of the cover.
You guys are jumping to expensive solutions pretty quick.
Im not sure if they are still out there or not but at one time there was a kit to put a lock-out hub on a stock rear axle. I know it wouldn't work well with Toby's 4x4 truck, but ive been thinking of doing it to my 6x6 with a locker in the middle axle.
