Looks like a 302 needs a bit of help levitating and I need to solve a glare problem. Anyway, I got the motor and tranny out of the 211. Now the fun begins as I figure a way to move the motor and tranny into my den.
Looks like someone wasn't quite awake while running the stamp machine.
Pull start on the starter handle is on the wrong side and upside down. The oil filler tube oil level stamp is backwards too.
Anyone found the same thing on their gasser?
Well folks ........ I painted a few parts GM blue so what do yall think. The dash panel and valve cover were a test of something other than OD and I know that the purists will not like it but I can take the criticism.....lol.
I have read that automatic transmission fluid could be substituted for the 30 wt in the M211-135 tranny but do a few mods need o be made to the tranny?

I have been going over an M135 and scavenging parts for my M211. The 135 has a hood and fender with a couple dents and a good radiator cover and light guard. Has some good body panels too. Spare tire carrier as well. No motor or rear section behind the spare carrier. The ID plate is there...
Are there any other "official" colors besides OD or Tan? How about Airforce blue ? I saw a Navy grey deuce once.
I am planning to use military colors but want to stray a bit and get original.
