    Window regulator

I need a drivers side window regulator for a 1976 M880. 77-78 regulators are a dime a dozen, but I can't find a manual regulator for my truck. Saturn supply lists one, but they don't respond to my emails. Suggestions?

    M880 plow truck

Last year I picked up a 76, and 77, M880s. The 77 ran, but very poorly and was rough. The 76 didn't run, but appeared to be in far better shape. The idea was to build a plow truck that would last me a few years. Thanks to copious advice, I was able to get it up and running. I'm winding down the...

    BO and other lights

I'm not having much luck with may lights right now (76 m880). It might help if I knew what all of the BO settings are supposed to do. I'll state what I get on the settings and maybe someone can tell me what it is supposed to do. The TOP switch: BO Drive---I get front and rear BO markers...

    Differentials: open or limited slip?

Still trying to figure the beast out. '76 M880. Did these come with limited slip or open differentials?

    Rear axle clunk

I assume my 76 m880 has a Dana 60 in the rear. The thing has a significant clunk when shifting between reverse and drive. Was this normally a fairly tight axle? I've a parts truck I could switch axles with (assuming it is in any better shape). I don't think I've the know how or tools to...

    How gutless and manifold exchange...?

My 76 m880 idles nicely (purrs like a kitten) and seems consistent at varying speeds, but it is rather gutless. I realize these things were never power horses from the factory, but it seems to me that the 318 should put a bit more umph out... My 90 k1500 and 96 f150 both totally put this beast...

    Dirty fuel tank.

Now that I know my Beast will run fine, I dropped the tank. I would guess it had between five and ten gallons of the nastiest brownish-orange, sour gas in it! I pulled the sending unit and emptied the bloody fool thing out the best I could. Any tricks to get the remaining pint or so out? It...

    A few pics and comments...

Here's a few pics of the Beast. 1975 (according to the registration). It was a communications vehicle and think would be a M882...? I'm going to try to get it polished up and make it my primary plow vehicle. The parts vehicle below had an older Boss plow that someone messed up a bit. Welded...

    Best manual?

What is the best shop manual you have found? I've used Hayes, Clymer, and Chilton and all seem to have a fair amount of deficits. I'd like the most complete manual available (75 m880)

    m880 fuel pump

I just picked up a 75 M800 with a 77 parts truck. There is fuel to the pump. I tested the pump on the bench and it seems fine. Mounted in the engine it does not pump fuel. I assume that the rocker arm on the pump rides against a cam of some sort. When I install it, there is a slight tension...
