Just got a replacement set of drive flanges machined by a friend of mine at a local machine shop, I am planning on keeping the originals in the truck so I can just bolt them back on if I need the extra traction from the front differential. He took off as much material as he could to minimize...
Just curios if there is a way to make the downshift on the allison trans a little less harsh when it goes from second to first. Mine also seems to shift up through the gears so fast that it makes the engine bog down a bit. Thanks
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what these round tubes with the mounting brackets on top are for? There is one on the driver's side as well, the truck came from Fort Bliss Texas if that matters. :shrugs:
Just wondering how to tow/recover and M923 if it breaks down or won't start. My biggest concern is getting the air brakes to release to make it mobile. Any help on this & tips for boosting the 24V system would be greatly appreciated!:idea:
