    Mysterious Black Box on Drivers Fender

    Howdy, all! I believe the glow plug system in my new M1009 is not working, and while tracking it down by the TM, I discovered this interesting little box on the driver's side fender. I believe the police dept. converted the truck to 12v when they replaced the driver's alt with an A/C compressor...
