Got this unit in the shop for fault showing undervoltage. I spoke with another gen mechanic that started off but didn't have a multimeter with him, he said to look at the MPU or the settings behind the panel. I've never worked on 804 before, and am thinking to look at the voltage regulator...

This is my first post because I'm in a rut. I'm a 91D and recently took a full time position in a maint shop. I have parallel units on a trailer that fail to properly synchronize via the transfer box. All connections seem to be in order; the TM has steps to troubleshoot, but sends it to the next...
