    I have a 2000 M1030B1 that seems to have a key I cannot remove. The key turns freely from "on" to "off" but will not turn to "lock", the key can be pushed down in the "off" position but only about a 1/16th inch, the fork locking mechanism doesnt make any sounds and is possibly stuck Should I...
