Replaced the starter last week as it went bad, tatally diferent now. The part i bought was rarelecreical prior to oulling the part out and it fits perfectly. The original starter is a Bosch 1005 821194 RAREELECTRICAL New Starter Motor Compatible with Kohler Marine Application with Ldw 1003...
Agreed and noted. I am planning on going mechanical again and just leaving the electrical as back up where i just have to switch hoses and re-install the fuse to get back on the road if i get stranded. Well not sure what i am going to do yet to be honest, was just too lazy and it was too hot to...
This one. Installation was fast as i did not remove the lift pump yet. I am going through all the plumbing of the existing. I wanted to test 1st prior to the rmoval of the mechanical. Installed on top, right next to the power steering reservoir and used a switched wire from the instrument panel...
The lift mechanical pump on the 1123 left me kind of stranded last week. Installed a Facet electric pump 4-6PSI and has been testing fine so far. Bought a new mechanical pump from HPG but will not install in the near future and when I do, i will leave the electric one in place for emergencies...

So, she explained to me, once...
ja, interesting. it has been a couple of months i don't drive it everyday but before i used to. use to go a lot to McDonald hardware. we have to get together sometime.
Replaced the 1123 front drive shaft, had the spare from the 1114 parts truck. The rubber bedding was destroyed. It looks like the one from the 1114 was never used, when y received the truck it was dissesambled and the blue paint on the splines untouched.
