    MEP-831A

    I have gotten a MEP-831A from my dad, he used it regularly and had no issues, it sat for a couple years. I have drained the fuel and replaced the filter. It starts up fine with power or pull start, runs for about 5 minutes then starts surging then dies. Any help with this would be greatly...
