    So revved it up and now it’s perfect. Shut down and totally normal on restart. I suspect pump is probably going? Did not check for fluid churning, but fluid, belts, pulley are indeed all good.

    Had the Humvee sit over the winter. Mostly anyways. Had it out at Xmas and I’m once in Feb and a decent drive in March. No issues. Just started it and zero steering pressure or brake pressure. Fluid is good level and condition, Any quirks to these or did the pump just go bad? Thanks guys.

    I’ve concluded there’s no adjustments. Seems like straight hook ups. I cleaned the contacts, but here’s my main issue……half way home it started working normally…..wtf. it’s it’s a sign of the alt failing I’ll just order one.

    Yes he took photos when he got the truck so I could see the red cables location. I was called in when he failed to extract the Broken alt mount bolts and it needed a cylinder head. Replaced the head and everything but the final steps are items I didn't take apart, and suspected incorrect parts.

    I’m not worried about WTS Lamp or trans light until I sort out the alt. They also send the truck missing the hydraulic lines for fan and the nose of the fan clutch is missing lol
