Help us get him in the truck!!!

Bryant uses a ramp to get into the house, but it's a permanent ramp. actually, I would like something that could be mounted to the truck, to hoist. as far as his chair, I can figure something out with that...like a compartment that I could slide it into (to keep it out of the weather should...

Help us get him in the truck!!!

He's in a manual chair...says as long as he can push himself around, he's gonna do it. He's not a tiny guy...at one time he was going for the world record for paraplegic bench press. My opinion, I think he's strong as an ox. He has an aluminum frame wheelchair, weighing in around 15-20#...

tell ya what I'll do, I will post a new thread (I'm not sure, but it may get seen easier) and see what kind of ideas are out there. If it's made of steel, I know if he has an idea of how it will work, he can fabricate it to work. Thanks;-)

I've thought about a BRUNO hoist... He's paraplegic, plus single amputee...he was in the chair when we met, but a few years ago was bit in the foot by a brown recluse spider. That slowed him down a bit, but not too long. When we got the Cherokee, it was bone stock, he built it into what it is...
