Whatever fits would be fine, the cheapest replacement that looks just like it costs about $150. So if I could get a set of replacements and adapters for less than that it would work.

Purolator L34631 is a solid filter, there's also the ACDelco factory one PF1218 which fits both my 6.5 and 6.2

Can you replace just the lens? Cold shock must have been what cracked the glass on my nice LED headlights that came with it. If not, where can you get a cheap replacement? A quick search shows they're really expensive. Mine look like this:
