Uhg. These wheels were supposed to fit an H1. I misunderstood offset. That the negative moved where the lugs attach closer to the outer edge from the center. Damn glad I commented here now. So I need a positive offset not a negative. Thanks gents!
They have a -12 offset, which I'm to understand is within tolerance. These are the rims that I ordered and I understood that they would fit:

I ended up finding some 17x9 steel rims that aren't too damn ugly at a reasonable price that have the load ratings I want and I'm getting them skinned with new rubber. I know I'm losing the run flats, but that's ok with me as It gives me many more options for tires. Thanks so much for your help...
I have and it cost me $300 for them to repair my zippers. Not sure it was worth it vs just buying new covers for the soft frames from William Welch at Blue Ox Tops.
