Ended up being the phase selector switch pretty much every contact had no continuity going through it(has sat in storage for at least the last 20 years) so my father in law helped me go through schematic and just used a terminal bar to tie the windings together to make single phase 240v...

Would this be the correct voltage reg for my unit?

I have not got the TMs yet mostly because i couldnt figure out where or how to do that. I did see another post somewhere with similar issue and they had mentioned the rotating rectifiers being that the manual field flash is working but still no Ac output, well i say none but is did see .25 volt...

Got the engine running good (only runs in emergency but it is just a bad Oil Pressure sending unit), but has no AC power either at lugs (yes i had breaker switched on) or at volt meter i did try switching the large phase selector to see if maybe it was corroded connection there but still...
