ITS ALIVE!!! turned out to be a bad glow plug relay. after that just had to get it primed. Thanks for the spray bottle tip it helped.

Only problem is the parts truck does not turn over. Either the starter or tranny is gone.

I worked on it a little tonight, pulled two glow plug, checked them and got 1.3 ohms. The are ACDELCO 30G's, so aftermarket. They looked fairly new.
