    Titling a M1102 in AZ

    Looking at the requirements for inspection levels, I would think that since my trailer has all of the tags, but it doesn't actually have a VIN, I'll probably have to do a level II.

    Any update? AZ here, just picked up a DRASH trailer from GovPlanet. I paid them the extra $$ to get the SF97. The waiting game only began last week.
