    looking for lusterless yellow, 33538

I am looking for an easy source for an equivalent paint. I would prefer something in the Rustoleum Professional line of spray paint. Looking at the Rustoleum website, they have two colors that may be close. A Sunburst Yellow and a Tuscan sun. Has anyone out there ever used one of these...

    is this a military bracket?

I have seen this on two different trucks. It is exactly the same, making me think that it may be some sort of military-ordered bracket. I believe the shackle may be on backward, and no, I am not asking about the license plate angle Iron added to the bottom

    M116a1 top bow removal

All, This is a long shot, but I am trying to remove the 4 top bows from my M116a1. Yes, they are rusted in there. Does anyone have any tricks on getting them out short of cutting them off, peeling out the rusted-in pieces, and then adding extensions back to get the original length?

source for Mil Spec 14AWG wire

It's more like .80 cents per foot by the time it's shipped. Most of the Ebay listings are the same or more. Dunno if I can buy this from the Wire suppliers but it is $277.99 per 1000 feet. Maybe when I have nothing else to buy I will buy a roll for the M37, the Mule and my M101a1 and M116a1,

    M116a1 generator trailer.

I have no intention of keeping the combat rims. They are dated 42 on one and 43 on the other. I noticed that the cable for my trailer is listed as shorter that the a2 and a3. Searched Ebay and found two! thanks

Looking for a photos junction Cover

I have never actually seen one of these covers. It appears to be something easy to make, but I am looking for dimensions and or photos of one of these covers that would fit an M116a1 or an M101a1, for that matter. Item 5. Thanks, Robert

    M116a1 generator trailer.

The trailer actually had WWII Combat rims on it—the Standard Budd 5-lug rims. I now have some used M37 rims and tires on it. So yes, it has the early axle with the 900x16 rims and lock-ring rims. The brake handles are frozen up well, and the aluminum adjusters are all corroded and falling apart...

    M116a1 generator trailer.

I just picked up this trailer to use as a sudo fire trailer to put an IBC and gas-powered pump on. Also, I might carry my MEP-803A on it. Anyway, attached is the Data plate that is on it. I am trying to determine what all the numbers mean. All the real questions are as follows: 1) I am...

    Litter Carrier

The litter Kit is listed in the manual TM 9-2320-246-34P (pg 125) with a complete listing of the part numbers. If I can find some photos of a couple of the parts it looks easy enough to build. a length of square tubing, a couple brackets, some MS17989-622 Pins (much like the M939 5 Ton hood...

    My 1953 M37

M37 Newb here. I have restored WWII jeeps and other WWII projects, but this is my first M37. All the major parts appear to be there. Even parts of the original canvas is there. The only rust I see on it is the inner passenger window and a patch just forward of the window pivot point on the...
