Classifieds suggestion - REQUIRE vehicle titles
most people a bill of sales is fine,my state of Vermont does not issue titles for any vehicles that are older than 15 years. when I find an old rig car or truck I'm happy to get my hands on it,may you should try a tital company or get her to a state that issues titles and you deal with it.:driver:- delta01
