    1948 CJ-2a I have a oppurtunity to buy a project Jeep, supposedly 80% completed, with 99% of all parts on hand, the Jeep does not run, but did last year. the guy is asking 3500.00. I have never restored any thing like this, and im wondering if this is a good deal, or is the guy asking to much?
