    My first MV

"Wife just rolls her eyes at me and says "Why cant you collect things like model cars or stuff we could actually use". Women have the most upside down backwards logic!! Model cars are not useful. But the truck can be used daily for everything from hauling cargo to transportation to...

    M715 Coil

Yes, I have had a half dozen of those Chinese coils. If you leave the ignition on and forget about it, it will kill the batteries and coil. This happens when I stall it, or I am just working on it and forget. If it is hot out, the coil will start to fail. Maybe part of my problem is that the...

    Upstate NY salvage operation

I stopped there a few times. Always left unhappy. It seems they want the highest dollar, or else they will keep it. Prices are way higher than anywhere else. Not cooperative at all. Not familiar with M880

I dont think you should buy it. It is better off a parts truck. You should buy something that runs. Maybe a CUCV. I have two M885s, for the past 7 years, I do love them though. You can buy most parts at Advance Auto. The engines are weak, and bad on gas. You really have to love them to own them

    pics of my truck

RE: last pics i found I think thats a real nice looking truck. Mine didnt come with B/O lights, Camo, or 24 volt system either. They were M885 shelter carrier trucks, but I dont know what kind. Not communications huts, because the trucks dont have radio noise suppression gear

    M882 making me crazy!!!

That truck is much better shape than either of mine. I got mine out of a junkyard (non running) for $350, and $400. I thought it was a decent deal for a 4wd truck That truck is too small for that wing.
