That is correct, but usually won't push out the dipstick tube with force. This thing would blow the dipstick out of the tube. I did find the vent line capped. I drove it about 40 miles yesterday without any issues. Hopefully it is good to go for a while, it usually breaks down everytime it gets...

Thanks for the idea, but the trans was filling up the dipstick tube to the point is was coming out the top. I found the breather line was capped. Someone must have capped it before is was stored for a couple years.
