Well, I got it off the truck. Ironically the switch was indeed turning the valves. It moved very easily, the detents on the nylon piece where the roll pin weren't in great shape on mine, which is why it felt no resistance. A little dremel work made it better, but that nylon piece seems like a...

Thanks for the info! Mine came witha bad switch as well, the lever turns but it is obvious the mechanism isn't. I fear it might be un-repairable. Will have to open it up. The price of a new one is rather.....unfortunate!

I have seen 11R20's' on them before, they are the same height as the 14.5's just narrower obviously. I am hoping to end up with less ground pressure than the 12.5's, soft ground around here.

From what I see the days of deals are over. Some stuff has okay opening prices, some stuff is about twice what its worth. But deals? No longer!

Have you found the factory bed to be strong enough? I am about to start a very similar project with a 939 truck and was wondering if the factory bed frame rails would need to be boxed or sleeved. I don't imagine I would ever see more than 15T in the bed. Thanks!
