TCM tested on black plug #13 and #29 shows 60.32 OHMS .. going to take a guess and say check engine ECU now?

Just wanted to post, what a weird problem this was. Pulled the trans to fix the TQ leak and noticed cut up rubber between the input shaft and stator shaft, tore the front of the trans apart and cant find any missing seals. Allison sent me a schematic and still cant find any seals in that area...

Found the leak.. Drilled a hole through the bottom of the bell housing and stuck a Scope up inside it, its coming from the torque converter split.
