About those cheap jeeps, I had a guy that stopped at my shop who attended govt auctions years ago. He said they would sell a whole field of jeeps as one lot. The big boys would pool their money,buy the lot, then devide them up. The individual had no chance.

32r2 thats what this one had,,,a Ford tract engine. I knew they put a few in prototypes but was not aware they used them in regular production. Maybe Willys was swamped for a while.

If you are going to push snow you sure dont want to add that second axel back on. Ive seen 6 bys stuck in a foot of snow. Brother in law had to burn the spare tire to keep from freezing to death in Korea when he got stuck in the snow.

Just one comment, distributers dont have a firing order. They just go around and firing order is determined by the placement of the plug wires in the cap. Glad you got her going.

With the switch on and the points closed pull the coil wire out of the dist cap and hold it close to the head. With a wooden item move the points apart this should create a spark from the coil wire. If not seeif there is a small spark at the points they may have lost contact. You can check this...

True vapor lock usually occurs AHEAD of the fuel pump. A fuel pump will move liquid but not vapor. If the fuel boils after the pump it should push it on thru.Thats why you put the electrict.pumps back at the tank. Sometimes vapor lock will manifest its self more when the tank gets lower on fuel...
