That looks bigger than a W300, but even it it is a W300 or larger that appears to be an early version of the civvy styled trucks. It is worth $500 just to get as a collector's item as none of those trucks were made in very high numbers! Good find even if the winch won't work on an M37! :drool:

I wish there were replacement panels as well. The left side of the bed on my truck really could use replacement. Panels are easy enough to get off since just about everything bolts on these trucks. Well, rusty bolts aside that is....

I checked the title tag on my M37 today and it does not give a model designation after all. It appears it was Ohio that gave the truck that designation when it enter this state years ago! I think they just took 1952 Dodge and condensed it into a model number. I can only track it back as far as...

Sadly, Ohio is very 'anal' about vehicles. Especially my insurance company. Anything 1 ton and over and they won't insure it unless you get 'fleet' insurance. Ohio also charges about twice as much for licensing 1 tons and over if they are classified as a truck on the title. Unfortunately, other...

My truck appears to have been OD originally. Though it does have something like 7 layers of peeling paint on it! Previous owner stripped the paint on the one fender and once it got down to the original OD the stripper wouldn't work anymore. Under that is some black looking primer. Could be mine...

My M-37 engine is blue, but parts like the oil filter housing and I think the air cleaner are all OD. Previous owner thought it was a swapped 217, but I found T245 on the block which indicates the 230. Has the oil pressure and compression of a rebuilt engine. Healthiest 230 I've ever had. Oh...

I'll try that, thanks. I think I used to get catalogs for them when I had my civilian 1960 Power Wagon, but that truck needed more work than I could do. I'll give them a call as soon as possible as I don't like trucks that wander all over the road. Have dealt with that before and its not fun.
