The install went smoothly. I had to recreate 2 air lines in the process. Now all that is left is to patch the air tank. So far this truck is a dream to work on. Take a panel off and all the components are right below it.
Replacement traction control air switch
After a few weeks of waiting, the local truck shop finally called. My air switch is in!!
While there I got all new brass fittings and a new light switch for the dash indicator.
Tomorrow I will install the part and see if the 8x8 engages!!! :-)
This truck did not require and EUC. I called IronPlanet a few times making sure something wasn't wrong. they said to go get it before the gov changes their mind. I got around 4 mpg, and spent around $600 in fuel for the ride back.

1. I tried to keep her at 60mph the entire trip. that was just below red line. Going down the hills I did manage 65 but that was coasting. After rough calculations I got ~4 mpg.
2. Going down the highway was great. She wanted to track nice and straight the whole time...
The truck was $11,000, after taxes title and fees it ended up at $13,100. It cost me around $550 in fuel for the trip back. It was item #558810 on the IronPlanet site.
I recently found the web site IronPlanet and they had quite a few HEMTTs for sale of various versions. I was just playing around with the idea of owning one as a wild dream. I placed a bid and won the auction. I was shocked my bid won, as it wasn't nearly what the others went for at the time...
