If so, that is how the three lever light switch is internally connected. You can [fix] that with a three amp/50v

You are somewhat close. While an inverter is not designed to be a charger, a battery should charge and level off depending on the output voltage of the inverter. If the inverter puts out 13.8-14.2V then the battery should charge at about 12.6V, or what we would normally expect. Your liftgate is...

15yds of material is 45000 pounds depending on what it is and how wet it is. WAY TOO MUCH. 22.5 tons on a 5 ton truck.

It is a bead lock only.
If that CB bracket is aluminum, solder on a tined ground strap to the PL259 connector and bolt it into one of those sugar scoop mounting holes with a ferrous bolt
or it won't transmit worth $#!~.
