    Differences between 2.5 ton and 5 ton lmtv

    Other than their obvious size, what are the main differences? Why are there so few 1083s compared to the 1078s? Are most parts interchangeable between the two? Lastly, why would you select (or not select) one over the other? Thanks to all the valuable knowledge and resources on this site.
