Thank you for that info. It could very well be true. I am trying to find bolts for it also. The finer thread makes it slightly more difficult. Maybe someone that has a flywheel will have bolts also.

When I purchased this unit it had 12 hrs on it. Real hours. You could tell by how everything was new. Everything. Most hrs that I put on it were very low load. Not that it matters. And as I said the engine was still running when I realized it wasn’t generating. Running rough because of no...

That is true but I think the part number that was mentioned is for the 400Hz machine?

The 186 6467 one that I see on the Onan website parts book shows a much smaller flywheel than the one I have. That number seems to look like the one that fits the 400Hz machine according to TM.

What I am also concerned about is the 60Hz machine and the 400Hz machine have 2 different part numbers in the TM and they look totally different?

The # in the TM is 104-1744
