    The brakes release just fine. The pedal does not return to it sticks and I have to pull it back to the non pressure position. Thanks for the repair manual and for taking the time to share your ideas about the issue.

    The spring is intact , I checked it again today. I tried to lubricate all of the pins and the pedal would not return to non engaged position.

    Yes they release but the pedal still sticks when I take my foot off of the pedal. Thanks for the service guide and your response.
