That is a good thought. Has a piece of neopreme frome filter to IP. Looking for parts to replace it first. I get a lot of air out of filter bleed screw also and it is well above IP. The amount of air in system has to be displacing a lot of fuel but nothing external. Truck runs well once it starts.

Any one know why an American Bosch PSB injection pump on a LD-465-1C Hercules would lose prime after 3 minutes? There are no external leaks. I can see air bubbles in the return off thr IP for 30 seconds. Then requires bleeding just one line at the injetor.
