USMC MV-22 Osprey - air to air video flying over Lake Tahoe
We see them all the time getting refuled. Big, wide, and loud. Not made to sling loads like 47s, 53s, or even 60 (can sling 9k pounds). 24 seats isn't really a lot either. its a VTOL airplane, not a real helicopter. Cant really autorotate. ACH-47A Chinook
47s are beastly. The new F models have nearly 10,000hp. Roberts Ridge is a good book about Afghanistan and shows the roles that only 47s could play there. A few MH-47s went down at what is the highest elevation battle/ firefight ever fought in modern times.- TachedOutOffRoad

A-10 Thunderbolt II (aka WARTHOG) Cockpit View over Arizonia
A-10s are sexy. Only USAF aircraft I'd want to fly. The USAF doesn't truly "get" the ground support role, and will really lose it when the A-10 goes away. The boots on the ground will be the ones suffering.- TachedOutOffRoad
