Anyone near Knoxville, TN? Need help with a generator repair

I can't get the wrench in there because of the fan so I'm assuming I need to remove the whole alternator in order to remove the pulley. Is it normal to be able to spin the nut and shaft by hand?

Anyone near Knoxville, TN? Need help with a generator repair

I have an impact wrench and a socket that fits the nut. I had to park it behind my store so I don't have access at the moment to take a pic. The nut seemed extremely tight but you can move the pulley back and forth by hand

Anyone near Knoxville, TN? Need help with a generator repair

The pulley is bouncing around and making a heck of a racket. On top of that the belts are jumping off. I suspect I need to replace the pulley but I probably lack the expertise to do so. Can anyone give me a hand soon? I would be in your debt and would definitely compensate you for your time
