Please help!! I am doing a 12 volt conversion and it says to remove the condensor on the passenger side alternator. The question I have is do I reattach the wire after I cut it out? I hope my siginature works I have had problems in the past :x
I have a M1028 with 4:10 gears and not looking to dirve it to Texas from Virginia. Does anybody have a towbar for sale or know of one that I could buy? What do I need to do when I tow it wth 4 tires on the ground? Discounect the driveshafts etc...

My m1028 wont start the glow plug wait light wont come on and they are not cycling. Found a 20 amp fuse blown on the engine control circuit and when I put a new one in it blew again. Does anybody have any idea what all is in this circuit so I can start eliminating things?

My 86 m1028 is making some roaring noise in engine that diesels are not suppose to make. When at idle or in neutral it makes the noise. When in gear and excelerating it goes away untill just after it shifts then goes away again untill it gets to speed then it comes back. I have checked...
Is the military cucv suppose to have the support bar that bolts to the transfer case by 2 bolts? Does anybody have an extra that they are willing to part with?
