My m1028 wont start the glow plug wait light wont come on and they are not cycling. Found a 20 amp fuse blown on the engine control circuit and when I put a new one in it blew again. Does anybody have any idea what all is in this circuit so I can start eliminating things? Ray 1986 M1028...

My 86 m1028 is making some roaring noise in engine that diesels are not suppose to make. When at idle or in neutral it makes the noise. When in gear and excelerating it goes away untill just after it shifts then goes away again untill it gets to speed then it comes back. I have checked...
