Where to find service/repair manuals?

Large Rust areas, will they ever be water tight?
Well I am about to pull the trigger on an Otter, but there is a huge amount of rust on the vehicle. If I sandblast this it looks like some of it will go straight through. What would be the best way of fixing this stuff? Will I ever have it water tight? I dont plan on spending all of my time in...- BRDM2nco

Cutting through 13mm Armor...and installing windows.
Hey there all, I have finally tracked down the BRDM for me. I am looking to cut windows into the corners of the vehicle to install additional windows to increase visibility. What do ya think I'll need to accomplish that task? -Sgt Rogers- BRDM2nco

How on earth to you title/register one of these vehicles?
So I am super interested in bringing in a BRDM 2. Ive had my eye on tanksforsale. How do you go about titling and registering a vehicle like this? I dont plan on driving it too much, but boy would I love to take it out every now and again.- BRDM2nco
