One of my favorite things to haul on that top rack was 5 gallon water jugs. We would have to practice decontaminating chemical ordnance and it would involve 6-8 cans.

Im not so sure about those parts. Mine didn't come with those either. Sad thing is I don't think there is a BEOD left in the army they were taken out of service around 2015. Pictures of them are hard to find on the internet.

The front two tie downs that are near the front seats didn't match the two brackets on the BEOD box. I chalked it up that the newer HMMWVs must have different locations for the tie downs. I just registered a 1987 M998 from an "off road only" SF97 and received collector plates and a title.

I have one of these BEOD boxes. I loaded mine in the back of my M998 and the bolts didn't line up. The springs on the M998 wasn't to happy also.
