To check if it is the hydro boost:
While turning the wheel on either direction, step on the brakes. If the whine goes away or decreases... you can blame it. Air is getting in. If not the lines, might be its seals.
I got the same problem once.
Found it doing a pre check before the inspection.
I started with the brake switch. Even when passing the continuity check, i could feel a bump when playing it by hand. I thought I found the issue. Replaced it, to find out it was not it.
The next circuit to work on...
Even though on the high end price, tk7

Helps the cleansing.
Fuel filters will hold that stuff. Is a must replacement.
Nowadays, this type of battery has a smaller battery inside them for emergency starts. Over discharging is prevented by a circuit board that shuts down on those situations. Looks pretty safe.
But, cost speaks very loudly.
1k+ for a pair.
Going to keep simple... as the feedback is that...
those type of batteries are very safe. they are the safest over all.
no catching fire or exploding.
the charging process was my concern, even there, the documentation says it is a superior system.
It is expensive.
I use 1 in my bike.
It last longer, it had a very slow discharge rate...
As the hmmwv stays for long periods in the garage, even though attached to the 'noco genius' the battery, is going away.
I was thinking if someone was using it already.
I know, it might appear, it is not...
But, i believe, that's exactly what happens when you get the 'vampire t-case'.
The cooling loop cracks and dexron is pumped into the tcase. It gets full then there is no else to go, but into the t case air vent... then into the air cleaner .
That's a positive point for the wrapping.
If it fades or if we get tired of the color scheme, it will be easy to remove and apply another (or not) one... including the time/cost.
Not decided yet.
Inclined to keep the camo.
Saw nice samples on web.
And that's my concern:
The vinyl last around 5 years or so.
If it is just a cleansing before apply it, ok can do. But, if needs any kind of 'smoothing', then I would think twice.
In my case, when I found a blue X under a glowplug port, it called my attention... it was a bad swallowed 1.
They knew it, and (thanks) they marked it.
Red color to mark issues is a very good convention... but, we can run out of red pretty quickly. Maybe blue or white is what they had to mark...
