Double check the wiring with a meter to ensure they are routed correctly. It is surprising how many wires can be routed incorrectly.

I had the urge to look at the governor when I first got the generator, but quickly changed my mind after reading what was required in the TM. A special tool that I didn't have. It runs and generates electricity just fine. I will cross that bridge only when I have to.

I second the advice above. The genny I bought had a faulty frequency meter. I use a digital meter to set the frequency.

Guy, thanks again. I had to sit and think on what you said about L1,L2, and L3. It makes sense now. The good news is that everything is now wired properly and the generator is making power on all 3 different settings on S8.
