M37 engine swap
I'm in the same boat with my M37. I've considered the 3.0 Mercruiser 4 cylinder based on the Chevy 153 or a GMC 305 big block V6 as I have a few of those with SM 420 transmissions. Both engines would fit nicely and the 4 will bolt to the SM 420. I tend to think the 4 would be much better for... -

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?
While moving my M923 around for winter storage, I installed a new turn signal switch, new fender and took inventory of the little things it will need to b on the road next year. Will a 250 Cummins run on waste oil? My observations over 3 years.
Over the years I've fooled with waste vegetable oil in my various diesels, from IDI naturally aspirated to DI turbocharged (Power Stroke).
