Is the LED backwards? They only work one way.

A note on Yellowtops: We use them to run computers and data collection equipment on cars at work. They seem to hold up even at -40. No liquid to spill, maybe even water tight for fording, but I don't know. They do have vents, but I think they are just pressure relief, and not a breather.

I don't understand. Why would anyone need to climb under the deuce? There's nothing under there. Stay in the cab and just drive it. I such a kidder. Most of the time with the deuce is spent under it or on it, rather than in it. Thanks for the post too, I was wondering about those handles too.

They say that a lot of the oil consuption goes right through that tube. Don't worry. I saw a picture of a trap that someone put on that tube to catch the oil and return it to the sump, so there is a fix. The military supplied drip pans for the crews to put under it.

With NDTs (on a closed course, of course) switch off the front axle, put it in second gear with just light throttle. I can get mine to do doughnuts all day long. They are slow motion too. You need to try it to get a feel for what happens. I take snowy corners a lot slower now.
