    Glowplug Relay "chatter".........

    I have a question about a friends M1028. When he turns the key on the glow plug light comes on [but it is dim] and the the glow plug relay starts to chatter. He waits about ten seconds and tries to start it. The glow plug light goes off and the relay stops chattering but the engine will not...
