Thank you all. Yes I will probably buy the two output NOCO charger. But in the interest of research I am still interested to know which exact Pulse Tech part number is the correct, or most commonly installed by the military.

I also just purchased an MEP-803A and my return line is weeping as well right at the last Tee as it returns to the tank. Before I start I would like to have new Tees in hand in case I break them. Has anyone replaced them with stainless steel? Something like this...

I just picked up my first MEP-803A on Thursday, It is a 2009, it has the fuse mod. It did not have the MOV so I ordered some yesterday. Some questions about the MOV out of curiosity. If the fuse were to blow and need to be replaced, do you also replace the MOV with a fresh one at the same time...

So is the answer no, one cannot get new parts from Onan ?

I don't own one yet. My question is how easy is it to get any parts that might be needed for the generator. Are take out parts and the occasional NOS surplus finds the only source? Or are the Onan parts readily available new from Onan or an Onan distributor?

If one buys an MEP-803A only to find the generator head side not producing electricity, how easy is it to buy new parts as needed, to include a whole new generator head if needed? Are the parts available?
