Flipping the 2/3 synchro did the trick at least during the test drive everything was shifting fine. I really hate the little barrel barrings though! Its all back together though. Thank you for the tip on that again.

Thanks, i had already put a different top on it with new forks and same problem, I am wondering if its something to do with the synchros.

That is the way that i have it in. I get clatter now, i start with the clutch in and then release it enough to see all the gears spin then push it back in and it starts to clatter really bad. it seems to lighten up a bit as a play with the gears. I also now have a seized top plate i have to go...
